About Our Office
Established more than 25 years ago, our office is located on a commercial/residential street in the heart of Saint Paul. We are about two miles from downtown, on the bluffs, surrounded by turn of the century homes. We are one block south of Summit Avenue, which has been described as the "best preserved American example of the Victorian monumental boulevard." Located between Minneapolis and St. Paul, we do business in both cities.
Our office is a cohesive group who work well together. We have a large number of agents who have been in the business for over 25 years, as well as agents recently licensed who have made career changes so a great mixture of experience and teamwork. We work in many different market areas. We specialize in historical homes, first time home buyers, urban housing, and have experience with short sales and foreclosures.
Our mission is to take the best possible care of our clients throughout their real estate transactions and to maintain those clients for life.
